Temenos is a quiet spatial sandbox for placing people and inner parts around an object called Self. Each shape can carry a relationship, an emotional tone, and private notes. Moving the constellation does not solve it; it makes the arrangement visible enough to notice.
The experience grew from ideas encountered while reading The Body Keeps the Score: that experience is not held only as explanation, and that distance, orientation, safety, and bodily response can matter alongside words. Temenos is not therapy, a diagnostic instrument, or an official adaptation of the book.
